Terms and conditions

Use AI Ghotok with honesty, permission, and respect.

AI Ghotok supports matrimonial discovery and compatibility review. It does not replace identity verification, family consultation, appropriate enquiries, or istikhara.

Effective date: 1 September 2026

Truthful information

Provide accurate biodata and contact information. You may only create or claim a biodata with the person’s clear permission.

Privacy and contact

Names, email addresses, phone numbers, and guardian contacts are stored separately from public biodata fields and are not displayed publicly. Authorized administrators may access them when required for account support, profile review, or contact requests.

Source website policies

Only authorized public-source biodatas may be added. Source permissions, terms, removal requests, and reasonable access limits must be respected.

Human decision

Compatibility assessments are decision-support signals, not guarantees. Verify information independently and make the final decision with your family and trusted advisers.

Account security

Protect your Google account and sign out on shared devices. Contact support if you believe your account or biodata has been accessed without permission.

Profile review

AI Ghotok may hold, correct, suspend, reject, or remove profiles that are incomplete, misleading, unsafe, duplicated, or reported by an authorized source or user.

Premium requests

Package requests are reviewed before final approval. AI Ghotok may restrict, suspend, or withdraw package access when submitted payment information cannot be verified or when a request violates these terms. Approved access remains available for the duration stated in the selected package.

Website analytics

AI Ghotok may use Google Analytics to understand aggregated page visits and improve the service. Advertising personalization and Google Signals are disabled in our implementation. Do not submit sensitive personal information through the public feedback form.

Prohibited conduct

Do not scrape private pages, impersonate another person, harass users, misuse contact information, bypass access controls, or use the service for fraud or unlawful activity.
